Online store for creative supplies: design, development, CRM and logo
A Ukrainian store for paint-by-numbers kits, art materials and creative goods. We took the website from design to code, integrated it with the store’s CRM and designed its logo.

Context
Art By Numbers sells paint-by-numbers kits, sets, accessories and craft supplies. The range is large: dozens of themed sections, collections, new arrivals, bestsellers and a sale. With a catalogue like that, what matters most is that shoppers find their subject quickly and every order reaches the team intact.
What we did
- Web design
- A catalogue with a category tree, product pages showing size and a difficulty scale, and a cart — every screen designed for both desktop and mobile.
- Website development
- A complete online store: catalogue with sorting and filters, product pages, cart, a customer account with order history and bonus points, and a separate flow for ordering a painting made from your own photo.
- CRM integration
- The site is connected to the CRM the store works with. In the client’s words, after the integration “all our processes are optimised as much as possible” (translated from Ukrainian).
- Logo
- As a separate project, we designed the logo the store rebranded with.

Outcome
The client rated the result 10/10 and, judging by the number of orders, believes shoppers like the site too. The SEO and targeted advertising she mentions in her review were not part of our scope.

A month of working with the website is behind us, so I can already share my first impressions.
We've only just started setting up SEO, but thanks to targeted ads we already have results.
As the client, I'm very happy with our collaboration: the work is high-quality; the website turned out modern, clear and easy to use. All my whims were fulfilled, even the tiniest ones, like: "add a comma, remove a full stop, etc."
Judging by the number of orders, I can confidently say that customers liked the website too (otherwise they wouldn't have bought anything).
I'd also like to specially mention that we work with a CRM system, which the developer successfully integrated with the website, so now all our processes are optimised as much as possible, and I'm very grateful for that too!

Місяць роботи з сайтом позаду, тому вже можу поділитись першими враженням.
СЕО ми ще тільки почали налаштовувати, але завдяки Таргету вже маємо результати.
Я, як замовник, співпрацею дуже задоволена: робота якісна; сайт вийшов сучасний, зрозумілий та легкий у використанні. Усі мої забаганки були виконані, навіть найдрібніші на кшталт: "допишіть кому, заберіть крапку і тд".
Судячи з кількості замовлень, можу впевнено сказати, що клієнтам сайт теж сподобався (інакше вони б нічого не купували).
Також окремо хочу відмітити, що ми працюємо з СРМ-системою, яку розробник успішно інтегрував з сайтом, тобто тепер у нас усі процеси максимально оптимізовані, за що також дуже вдячна!
Результатом задоволена на 10/10, рекомендую до співпраці!
